Chautala said - will go to supreme court against the decision of the High Court
Deputy cm Dushyant Chautala’s reaction has come regarding the decision of the High Court. He has said that
75% reservation in private jobs has been made keeping in mind the employment law and in the interest of the
state and industries. He will study the decision of the High Court. Whatever objections have been raised by the
High Court. They will review it seriously. He will also go to the supreme court against the decision of the High
Court. Let us tell you that the high court, in its 83-page decision, has declared the haryana State Employment
of local Candidates Act, 2020 as unconstitutional.
The law came into effect on january 15, 2022
Let us tell you that by implementing the law on january 15, 2022, the state government had said that up to 75
percent reservation is being given to the people of the state in private sector jobs. This included jobs paying
salary up to Rs 30 thousand. On behalf of Dushyant Chautala, it was said that all the industrialists agree with
this law. Because it is necessary to have local skilled youth in the industries of the state. The government’s
objective behind making the law was said to be to provide employment to the local youth. But later this decision
of the government was challenged in the high court by the industrialists of faridabad and Gurugram. After
hearing which, the high court has now canceled the government law.
