The objective of this application is to record polling percentage in real time center wise every two hours.
Through this app, data will be collected every two hours from the beginning of voting at 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 3
pm, 5 pm till the end of voting. Apart from this, areas with low voting percentage can be identified through the
data of this app. So that, to increase voting in such areas, targeted booth level sweep activities can be conducted
from time to time on the day of voting and voters can be brought to the polling booths.
Sugam App
This application helps in recording the attendance of polling parties at the time of departure of polling party.
The list of polling parties is uploaded on the application after the third randomization and the polling parties are
informed about the polling station details. Where they have to reach for "election duty" at 5 am on the day of
departure. At the time of departure, the polling party can directly sit at the place reserved for them (without
asking anyone) and the attendance taking personnel can mark it through the IT application at the place where
the polling party is sitting.

The purpose of this application is to provide details (name, designation, mobile number) of all
officers/personnel related to polling station like BLO, Sector Officer, Patwari, Beat-Constable, SHO, BDO,
Tehsildar, Webcasting Officer, SDM, RO, DEO, SP etc. etc.) to be provided to polling parties through SMS, as
well as to achieve smooth communication between all stakeholders up to the polling station level.
