The proposal for 6589 new jobs has been passed in delhi Municipal Corporation. chief minister Arvind
Kejriwal gave this information. He said that there will be jobs for 2949 security guards and 3640 cleaning
workers. cm said that now there will be separate sweepers in MCD schools for cleaning and security guards for
security.
There will be no shortage in the field of education – CM
Along with this, cm Kejriwal said, Like the delhi government, we are also working on education in the
Municipal Corporation on a priority basis. These new jobs will also provide employment to many of our youth.
Our aim is to prepare the coming generation. We have to provide them a better environment. We will not allow
any shortcomings in the field of education at any level. It is noteworthy that AAP Aadmi party has majority in
delhi Municipal Corporation.
Let us tell you that earlier in the same month, the aam aadmi party (AAP) led Municipal Corporation of Delhi
(MCD) had decided to increase the minimum wage of the employees. The monthly minimum wage for unskilled
workers of MCD will increase from Rs 16,792 to Rs 17,234. Wages for semi-skilled workers will increase from
Rs 18,499 to Rs 18,993 and for skilled workers from Rs 20,375 to Rs 20,903. Also, dearness allowance will be
paid to all MCD employees from april 1. aam aadmi party had announced dearness allowance for all MCD
employees from april 1. The minimum wage will increase to Rs 18,993 for non-matric pass employees, Rs
20,902 for matric pass but not graduated employees and Rs 22,744 for graduate and above employees. Dearness
allowance for these employees will be Rs 494, Rs 546 and Rs 598 per month respectively.
