The administration has completed preparations for the counting of votes for the rajasthan assembly elections

2023 held on november 25. district election Officer Lokbandhu today held a meeting with all the officers in

charge and gave necessary guidelines. Tight security arrangements have been made for the EVM machines in the

strong room built in Maharani Jaya College, Bharatpur. Admit cards have been made by the district Election

Officer for the employees, officers and agents of the candidates going inside for the counting of votes to be held

on december 3. No one will be allowed inside without an admission card.

Preparations are being finalized

All preparations are being finalized for the counting of votes to be held on december 3. A meeting has been held

with all the officers in charge and VC is also being conducted by the election Commission. There is a counting

room near the strong room, in which 9 tables have been set up for counting of EVM machines and three tables

for counting of poster ballot papers. A total of 12 tables have been set up for counting. Apart from this, RO table

will also be installed. media room will also be made and entry and public announcement of each round will also

be done round wise.

Voting for seven assembly seats in Bharatpur district was held on november 25. Counting of votes for all seven

assembly seats will be done in the teaching block of Maharani Jaya College, Bharatpur. Separate rooms have

been made for counting of votes for the seven assembly elections and traffic will also be diverted for security

reasons. Complete security arrangements are being made by barricading.
