
Senior congress leader and former chief minister of madhya pradesh digvijaya singh on Wednesday
demanded the removal of Bhind Collector. Digvijay Singh has accused the collector of Bhind that he did not
issue ballot papers to the employees on election duty in madhya pradesh elections and deprived them of voting
rights. Not only this, the congress leader has written a letter to the Chief election Commissioner in this regard.
In his letter to the Chief election Commissioner, he has alleged that gross irregularities have taken place in Lahar
seat of Bhind district. Digvijay Singh alleged that postal ballots were not issued to more than 500 people who
were engaged in election duty. The congress leader said that postal ballot papers were to be issued to the
government employees who were deployed on election duty, but more than 500 government servants who
applied under Form 12 were not issued postal ballot papers.
What did Digvijay Singh say?
Digvijay Singh further said that a complaint was made on november 11, but no action was taken on it. Due to
this, more than 500 employees were deprived of exercising their voting rights. Not only this, the former cm also
alleged that congress polling agents were not allowed inside the polling stations on the day of voting. At some
booths, the agents who were inside were thrown out by the presiding officers and security forces.
Digvijay Singh has demanded that strict action should be taken against Bhind collector and he should be
transferred. Also, additional arrangements should be made at Lahar seat on the day of counting. leader of
