Union minister hardeep singh puri said that 37 lakh families in tamil Nadu have benefited under the Ujjwala scheme. Union Petroleum, Natural Gas, Housing and Urban Development minister hardeep singh puri has said that 37 lakh families in tamil Nadu have benefited under the Central Government's Ujjwala scheme, which frees women from poor and poor families from kitchen smoke by providing free cooking gas connections.


Union minister hardeep singh puri participated in an event today at Minnal Chittamur village in Acharappakkam Circle, Chengalpattu district as part of the Modi Guarantee yatra launched at 58 locations across the country. Union minister of State for Petroleum, Natural Gas, Labor Welfare and Employment Rameshwar Theli was also present with him.

                                    


Ministers and public watched the Prime Minister's speech through video. In his video address, the prime minister mentioned about the program of providing drone training to women for use in agricultural work, the program of providing free food grains for five years from january 1, 2024 to about 81 crore beneficiaries under the Prime Minister's Food Program for the Poor, and the launch of the 10,000th People's Dispensary.


After that, Union minister hardeep singh puri, addressing the villagers who participated in the event, said that 9.6 million people across the country have been provided with free cooking gas connections under the Ujjwala scheme, of which 37 lakh connections are in tamil Nadu. The minister said that the central government is implementing the People's Pharmacy Centers scheme to benefit the poor and needy people and as prime minister Modi has inaugurated the 10,000th center today, the government intends to increase this number to 25,000.


Hardeep Singh puri said that the prime minister Modi-led government is implementing many special schemes for the personal development of the poor, farmers, women and youth sections of the society. He said that a developed india lies in the progress of these 4 groups and for this purpose the government is implementing many schemes.


Minister hardeep singh puri also said that the Modi Guarantee yatra is being conducted to ensure that the promises made to the people are fulfilled. He also mentioned that the purpose of this yatra is to make the poor, simple people, farmers, women and youth the beneficiaries of the welfare schemes of the central government.
