PM Modi calls for donations for 'country building'...

To support efforts to create a "Viksit Bharat," prime minister Narendra Modi donated ₹2,000 to the bharatiya janata party (BJP) on sunday using the NaMo app. He invited people to join the nation-building endeavour by posting a photo of the receipt on X, the former Twitter. According to the receipt, the donations are excluded from income tax under sections 80 GGB for corporations and 80 GGC for other individuals, as per the Income Tax Act of 1961. In light of the recent ruling by the supreme court declaring the electoral bonds practice to be "unconstitutional," PM Modi's appeal for donations is timely.

Speaking on sunday at the Jan vishwas Rally in Patna, congress President mallikarjun Kharge stated that nitish kumar should be met with resistance when he returns and attempts to form an alliance with the RJD. Even in the face of consecutive cases, Lalu prasad Yadav never submitted to the bjp, Kharge said, adding, 'But your chacha (uncle) did' – a reference to nitish kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, who Tejashwi, the former deputy chief minister of Bihar, used to call uncle. The biggest turn of events was Nitish Kumar's reverse image ahead of the 2024 lok sabha election. Nitish was a driving force behind the consolidation of regional parties under the india bloc.
