By posting on X, he accused deputy cm devendra fadnavis and maharashtra government and wrote that on february 28, he wrote a letter to the home minister and informed about the online lottery gambling game going on in Maharashtra. Many small children have been ruined in this online lottery gambling den and many families have been ruined in this gambling. sanjay raut further wrote, "This gambling has the support of the government because the police and the ministry are getting huge installments. Action has been demanded. How will fadnavis take action? This gambling company (Future Gaming..Martin Lottery Agency Limited ) has donated Rs 450 crore to BJP. So is this the Bharatiya Jua Party?"
