Another blow to congress, six-time mla Ramniwas joins BJP...
Congress has suffered another blow after Akshay Kanti Bam joined bjp in Indore. Six-time congress mla from Sheopur and senior leader Ramnivas Rawat has also joined bjp today. He has joined bjp in the presence of cm Mohan Yadav, bjp State President VD Sharma and former home minister Narottam Mishra. In fact, it was only a day before congress got a setback in indore and the very next day congress had to suffer loss in Sheopur district. Six-time congress mla Ramniwas Rawat from Vijaypur seat of Shyapur has left congress and joined BJP.
Ramniwas Rawat joined bjp along with his supporters among many senior leaders of the party including cm Mohan Yadav. Ramniwas Rawat, six-time mla from Vijaypur assembly seat of Sheopur, was angry with the leaders of his party. According to the information, Ramniwas Rawat wanted to contest elections from Morena lok sabha seat, but the party gave the ticket to former mla Satyapal Singh Sikarwar Neetu, after which Ramniwas Rawat became angry.
Earlier there were reports that mla Ramniwas Rawat was going to join bjp at the time of PM narendra Modi's visit to Morena on april 25, but after telephonic discussion with rahul Gandhi, Ramniwas Rawat had canceled joining BJP.
Till now, five lakh people have taken membership.
Meanwhile, bjp district President from bhopal sumit Pachauri, during discussion with ABP, claimed that till now more than five lakh people have taken membership in the bjp family. sumit Pachauri claims that out of these five lakh people, 90 percent are congress workers and officials.
