After this incident, the police have registered a case of culpable homicide against Bhavesh Bhinde, the owner of the advertising agency that put up the hoardings. maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde has also announced a compensation of Rs 5 lakh for the families of those killed in the incident. He has also said that the state government will bear the expenses of the treatment of the injured.
