BCCI confirms indian Team will tour south africa amidst Omicron scare!!!

On saturday, the Board of Control for cricket in India(BCCI) had confirmed the news that the indian team will tour south africa despite the new variant omicron scare. The biggest highlight for the bcci was India's A team tour in south africa which is ongoing where they were in a three-test match. Jay Shah, the bcci secretary had confirmed on saturday that india will tour south africa for three ODIs and three test matches. There were also four T20Is to be played in the tour which will be played later.
The indian team will play three ODIs and three test matches in South Africa. The rest of the four T20Is would be played later in the future.
                             The matches to be held in south africa are planned to be held on closed doors. But South Africa's financial health depends on India's tour visit and also a multi-million dollar rights of the channel are all at stake. The schedule of the india tour in south africa are as follows:India vs south africa 1st test match will be played at johannesburg between december 17th to 20th.
 
The next test match at Centurion is between december 26th to 30th.
ODI matches:
Ind vs SA 1st ODI: held at Paarl on january 11th 2022
Ind vs SA 2nd ODI: held at Capetown on january 14th, 2022
Ind vs SA 3rd ODI: held at Capetown on january 16th, 2022.
