Arti Kumari (75kg) lost to China's Tongtong Gu, while Kritika Vasan's (80kg) effort was not enough to avoid a 2:3 defeat against Kazakhstan's Kuralay Yeginbaikiji. Parchi Tokas (80+kg) lost by a similar margin against Uzbekistan's Sobirakhon Shahobidinova.
Vini lost to Uzbekistan's Sevara Mamatova in the 60kg final, while Japan's Arinda Akimoto defeated nisha 4-1 in the 65kg title bout. Three indian boxers will also challenge in the men's final. indian boxers have already secured 13 medals in the Under-22 category. Its gold medal matches will be played on Monday. India has fielded a team of 40 players in this continental competition in the Under-19 and Under-22 categories.
