shruti haasan signed her first tamil movie after the big gap and that was the SP Jhananathan directorial Laabam where she is paired with Makkal Selvan vijay Sethupathi and has bagged an exciting new project.  Shruti Haasan who was currently idle for more than a year is now making a comeback and she works under mahesh manjrekar direction in bollywood right now. 

The actress is now returning back to hollywood and will feature in the new season of web series 'Treadstone'. The actress will be seen in an action avatar completely.
