Makkal Selvan vijay sethupathi had made his tollywood debut recently by playing the tamil king Rajapandi in the historical movie Sye Raa. Earlier he was supposed to make his debut with the movie Uppena directed by debutant Buchi Babu sana and starring panjaa Vaishnav Dev and Kriti Shetty where he will be seen as a villain and as the heroine's father and even before this movie release he has got another movie.

The actor will be seen as a villain in an upcoming untitled telugu movie. The shooting for this new movie will begin from December. It should be noted that, VJS recently rejected Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa' offer.
