Tamil Nadu-headquartered IT company Zoho has started two training schools in kumbakonam district and Nellai district as part of its training program Zoho Schools of Learning. Zoho's training program Zoho school of Learning has completed 20 years. As part of this, the company has set up new training schools in two cities in tamil Nadu. It has established its training schools in two places, one in kumbakonam and one in the Nellai district. Through these training schools, Zoho will provide training in various fields including information technology to young students in tier-II and tier-III cities. In 2005, Zoho launched the Zoho Schools of Learning program. It started functioning as a training center with six students and two teachers who can provide direct vocational training as an alternative to college education.
Under the Zoho Schools of Learning program, students who have completed class XII can study for two years. They will get an internship opportunity at Zoho for one year during these two years. Zoho says that this is an attempt to bridge the skill gap by providing direct technical training to students in tier-II and tier-III cities. Not only that, students who join this program do not pay any training fees, but they are also given incentives. So students can focus on their studies without any financial worries. After completing the training, you can get a job. More than 2000 students have been trained in this program. Only 20 students are selected and enrolled in it every year.

Most of them are now employees of Zoho. Zoho Schools of Learning, which was started as a pilot project with six students, has now become an alternative education option desired by students across the country, said rajendran Dandapani, Technical director and Head of the training school at Soho. Currently, training campuses are operating in chennai and Tenkasi. To mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the training school, new training schools have been established in the Nellai district and in Kumbakonam. It has been reported that 15 to 20 students will be trained here initially. rajendran Dandapani said that several students who completed their studies in this training school are currently holding leadership positions in the Zoho company and have completed various new projects.
