The public spat between two senior women bureaucrats has raised eyebrows amid the government's growing row with several ministers expressing dissatisfaction over their conduct and warning of the action, citing violation of service rules.

The tussle between IPS Roopa and IAS rohini reached the office of Chief Secretary Vandita Sharma on Monday. Keeping their respective sides, both the officers had given applications against each other. chief minister Basavaraj Bommai had said on monday night that the Chief Secretary had directed the officers both orally and in writing to follow the All india service Rules and both had agreed to this. He said, 'I hope she will follow the rules.'

IPS Roopa Moudgil shared some private pictures of IAS officer rohini Sindhuri and claimed that she had sent these pictures to three male IAS officers. He has violated the service conduct rules by sending these photographs. Posting on Facebook, IPS D Roopa Moudgil wrote, 'They said get well soon, will rohini Sindhuri talk about her deleted nude pictures in the press today. Do you have his number? Can IAS officers send nude photos, nude, nude photos? Why did you send pictures like this? Saying get well soon shows how cheap his opinion on mental illness is. Surely this is defamation, which will be dealt with in a court of law.

At the same time, IAS rohini Sindhuri countered the allegations of IPS Roopa, saying that Roopa, holding a responsible position, is making such comments against her with a sense of personal hatred and is behaving as if she has lost her mental balance.
