During menstruation, most women see the task of making food delivery as an impossible task due to discomfort. So we have decided to give women two days paid leave without asking any questions. This is the first time this effort has been undertaken.
Swiggy offers not only paid leave but also toilet facilities for female employees. That is, it works with a variety of restaurants to provide clean and hygienic toilet facilities for employees.
