It is being said that Ankit's fingers were badly peeled after swelling earlier. Although blood was coming out of his hand, the actor continued to shoot despite this.

Actually, 'Junooniyat' is based on the story of three singers. Ankit is also seen in the same character in the show. At the same time, to fit into his role, the actor played the guitar continuously for hours due to which his fingers were swollen. Despite this, he did not back down from this challenge. Ankit has learned to play the guitar himself for the show so that he can portray the character better.

In an interview given to a media house regarding the matter, Ankit said, 'I have never played an instrument before in my life. For some shots, I have to play the guitar at high speed, which makes my fingers swell and hurt but that's okay because no pain no gain.

Talking about his character, Ankit Gupta further said, 'Jahan is very similar to me. He is very quiet, he does not have any friends nor does he talk much with anyone. Apart from all this, he only listens to his family, he has passion for his family. Although there are many things common in him and me, but there is not one, that 'Jahan' is a singer. He writes his songs, composes them himself and also sings, for me this work is impossible.
