Regarding the case , mika singh 's lawyer Falguni Brahmabhat said, 'This case is lying in limbo for the last 17 years. A charge sheet has been filed against the singer but the charges are yet to be framed. However, Mika and Sawant have already forgotten their differences and resolved their issues.


On the other hand, Rakhi's lawyer says that he also agrees with Singer's words and wants to solve it. For this, an affidavit was also prepared on behalf of Rakhi. However, now that affidavit is lost somewhere in the registry department of the High Court. The court directs that Rakhi will have to prepare a fresh affidavit by next week. Only after this further action can be completed.
