EV startup Ather has achieved a significant milestone in india by selling more than 2 lakh units of vehicles since its launch. In january this year, the company achieved sales of 1 lakh units and managed to connect one lakh customers with EVs in less than a year.
Ather will bring 450 apex scooters
The company currently sells models like 450S and 450X in india, while apart from this, Ather will launch the sportier Ather 450 Apex in january 2024. Booking for this electric scooter has started and its delivery is going to start in march 2024.
Specifications of Ather 450 Apex Scooter
The details of 450 Apex have not been revealed yet. However, some information is still available about it. The top speed of this scooter will be 100 km per hour. It will also have a Wrap+ mode for faster speed. Transparent body panels can be found in this scooter.
The company will bring new scooters
Apart from the 450 Apex, Ather is also preparing to launch a family-centric scooter. Its details have not been disclosed. But the scooter has been spotted testing several times and is expected to be launched sometime in 2024.
Ather 450X
Ather's best-selling scooters include the 450X, which is equipped with a 6.2kW motor and 3.7kWh lithium-ion battery. With this setup, the scooter gets a range of 105 km (Eco mode) and can run with a top speed of 90 mph. Apart from this, Ather 450X also has 2GB ram and 16GB ROM. In terms of features, it gets a seven-inch TFT screen with single-ride mode and a grey-scale dashboard. It takes 15 hours and 20 minutes to be fully charged.
