It would be impossible to tell this story in a few paragraphs in a linear fashion. The drama starts when minister Rithvik Sodhi (Vennela Kishore) passes a bill amending the law regarding firearms. The narrative then shifts to a birthday celebration in a hotel, where Happy (Lavanya) attends. A birthday celebration at the hotel sparks a series of bizarre incidents, such as Happy attempting to detonate a bomb there, Max Pain (Satya) consenting to bury a body, a room service kid agreeing to move a lighter, etc. How are they all connected, and who is in charge of the whole drama?

There isn't a "main hero" in the movie. lavanya tripathi plays prominent roles in the films. She does do two roles. Lavanya does the second role of the baby quite well. She is adept at playing the parts assigned to her. She is praised for her performance. Sathya and vennela kishore take up much of the screen real estate. The actors do a good job in their roles. I'm fine, Gundu Sudarshan. The part of rahul ramakrishna lacks a suitable conclusion. The character of viva harsha doesn't make any sense in the plot.

Excellent production design was used. The opulent hotel set complements the crazy theme of the movie wonderfully. It has cool cinematography. The additional technicians have made some effort. "Happy Birthday" is set at a hotel and is regarded as the first surreal comedy in telugu cinema. Any narrative that the hotel attempts to tell starts and ends there. This video, which was directed by Ritesh Rana, looks more weird than strange. His last film, "Mathu Vadalara," similarly probed the little-known world of meth laboratories.
