Although "Wanted Pandugod" is officially directed by Sreedhar Seepana, every episode bears the "mark" of veteran director K raghavendra Rao, from antiquated comedic sequences to the picturization of songs. Although Janardhan maharshi claimed authorship of the story and script, neither are included in the finished product. There are presented a jumble of comedic and musical scenes.

Even recently hired directors can direct more captivatingly than Sreedhar did here, and even students in high school can write better than Janardhan Maharshi's story. What a poor product they both produced. The dated raghavendra Rao's mark of songs puts even more strain on the patient. The entire movie is embarrassing. Around fifty years ago, the comedic and romantic scenes might have been successful.
