Not any other movie, but Prabhas' Salaar, was the first to experience problems due to Adipurush's revised release date. The producers of Salaar planned its release for september under the assumption that Adipurush would be released in january no matter what. Adipurush pushing back the release date, however, worries Salaar's producers.
It is not a good idea, from a financial standpoint, to release two films starring a Pan-Indian superstar like prabhas in a three-month interval. The buyers won't consent to this either. However, it is still unclear whether Adipurush will be released in june without a doubt. It is unknown if the Adipurush filmmakers wanted to delay the release of the film to fix the graphics or to give the audience some time to forget the unfavourable reviews of the teaser. However, there are persistent claims that they are investing an additional Rs 100 crore on graphics maintenance.
