The daughter of telangana rashtra samithi chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao, Kalvakuntla Kavitha, is expected to be questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation on december 11 at her home in hyderabad after playing a lot of hide-and-seek. In a correspondence to kavitha on Tuesday, cbi deputy inspector general (Anti-Corruption Bureau) raghavendra Vatsa stated that a team of cbi investigators will visit her home on december 11 at 11 am for interviewing her and taking a statement in relation to the matter.

The cbi employee was responding to Kavitha's trail mail from the previous day, in which she stated that she would be available for questioning in connection with the investigation into the delhi liquor scandal at her hyderabad home on december 11, 12, 14, and 15. Please confirm your availability at your residential address in hyderabad on the specified date and time, the cbi official requested. According to Section 160 of the criminal Procedure Code, the cbi summoned the trs MLC last friday to appear before the investigation officer as a witness in the delhi liquor scam case on december 6. She first stated that she would be available for testing on Tuesday, but she later changed her mind.

She requested a copy of the FIR and the complaint from a home ministry official dated July 22 in a letter to the cbi so that she may familiarise herself with the case before being questioned by the investigating officials. She received a response from the cbi DIG on december 4 informing her that she could access the FIR and the complaint online at the investigation agency's website. In her email response, kavitha stated that neither the FIR's list of accused parties nor the complaint's details included her name. She stated that due to her busy schedule, she won't be able to meet the investigating officer on Tuesday.
