In which stream, how many years sentence
CBI will present manish Sisodia in court on Monday. Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act has been imposed against Sisodia. If they are found guilty in this, then there is a provision for at least 3 years and maximum 7 years sentence and fine.
Section 120B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC has been imposed on Sisodia. It can be both sentenced to 6 months and fine. Section 477A of the IPC has also been imposed on the deputy cm regarding the molestation of accounts (records). It may have a 7 -year jail or fine or both.
