Leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), K. Kavitha, has informed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in writing that she will appear before the organisation on march 11 in a case involving the delhi Excise Policy. kavitha wrote the letter in response to the ED's notice requesting that she appear in front of the agency on march 9. According to reports, the daughter of telangana chief minister K. chandrasekhar Rao asked a week to appear, but the ED denied her plea. She then submitted another letter.

Late on wednesday night, Kavitha's office released a statement regarding this. She wrote, "I being a responsible indian citizen, and as a woman of this Nation seek to utilise my rights guaranteed by law." Moreover, I don't understand why I was called at such short notice. It appears that some political goals have been disguising themselves as a probe.

I firmly assert that I am unrelated to the current probe. I had already planned my schedule for the upcoming week because, as I previously mentioned, I work as a social worker and have other obligations. The sudden denial of my request appears to be driven by reasons best known to you, proving that it is nothing more than "political victimisation," "stated Kavitha.
