According to reports cited by ANI news agency, the cost of 19 kilogramme commercial Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders has been reduced by Rs 171.50 as of May 1. A 19 kilogramme LPG cylinder will now be sold in delhi for Rs 1,856.50 as a result of the change. A 19 kg commercial cylinder costs Rs 1,808.50 in Mumbai, whereas it is now only Rs 1,960.50 in Kolkata. 

With effect from today, a 19 kilogramme LPG cylinder costs Rs 2,021.50 in Chennai. According to indian oil corporation (IOC), a 19 kilogramme LPG cylinder previously cost Rs 2,028 in delhi, Rs 2,132 in Kolkata, Rs 1,980 in Mumbai, and Rs 2,192.50 in Chennai. On april 1st, the cost of 19 kilogramme commercial Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders was reduced by Rs 91.50 in the national capital. The price of the commercial 19 kilogram LPG cylinders was Rs 2,028.  

In 2022, the cost of home LPG cylinders was raised by four times. Commercial cylinders now cost Rs. 1,768 in delhi after an increase of Rs. 25 in january of this year. A 19kg commercial petrol cylinder cost Rs. 2,253 in delhi at this time last year. In the national capital alone, the cost of commercial gas cylinders has decreased by Rs. 225 over the course of a year.
