Diwali gift..! Jackpot for SpiceJet employees..!?

During the festive season, it is usual for many companies to give some surprise announcements to their employees. In this way, SpiceJet has announced a salary hike of about 55% for its pilots on the occasion of Diwali. This has been well received by SpiceJet employees. In this report, SpiceJet will operate a flight for up to 80 hours. For pilots, the pay hike has been increased by around 55% to Rs 7 lakh. It is also expected that this salary increase may be effective from november 1.
After this hike, SpiceJet announced that the pay scale for pilots has reached pre-Corona levels. This salary increase will also be given to coaches and key senior officials. It is noteworthy that Spicejet has already increased its salary recently. After the arrival of Corona, the air traffic was completely paralyzed. After this, many airlines took drastic measures like salary cuts, compulsory leave without pay, and layoffs. But with the gradual increase in air traffic, it seems that normalcy has returned to some extent now.As aviation growth has started to pick up, airlines are now starting to increase their reduced salaries. SpiceJet had already given a salary hike of up to 10% to its trainers and up to 8% to its captains and chief officers in September. It may be recalled that in October, it gave a 22% salary hike to its captains and principal officers.
