1. Scissors always matters


Yep ! You got us right. Trimming the hair on a regular basis is extremely important. Damaged Hair and Split ends in particular will never let your hair grow. So one has to ensure that the hair is in shape. Keep trimming !


2. Eat 'Proper' diet


Always try to have a balanced diet with minimum of 8 glasses of water. Hydration plays a crucial role in hair growth. Make sure you get enough iron, calcium, protein, zinc, selenium, B Vitamins and other essential nutrients every day. Even Herbal tea such as Green tea is good for hair growth.


3. Day to Day Life


Our lifestyle cannot be changed. We all work 12 hours a day. But other life style factors can be changed. Avoid Smoking and drinking. This is going to affect not only your health, but also hair growth.


4. Say NO to Hot water


Lukewarm water is fine for washing hair. But Hot water often strips your hair off all essential oil and nourishment making it dry, dull and frizzy. And of course, avoid wrapping of hair in towel. This can cause serious damage too.
