Kanumuru raghu Ramakrishna Raju, a rebel ysr congress party member from Narasapuram, may believe he is a clever politician who can thwart the party's plans with the aid of allying organisations, the media, and the court system. He therefore believed that, with the aid of these mechanisms, he could arrive for the meeting of prime minister Narendra Modi at bhimavaram on monday in honour of the 125th birthday of revolutionary freedom warrior Alluri Sitarama Raju.
The YSRC leadership was adamant in preventing Raju from attending the meeting at all costs for the obvious reason that party president and chief minister Y S jagan Mohan reddy does not want to see his face, let alone share the dais with him. He convinced the Union home ministry, high court, and all relevant official machinery to travel to Bhimavaram. He was unable to take a special flight or a helicopter to vijayawada or rajahmundry and then travel by car to bhimavaram from there because he encountered obstacles at every turn. He was afraid that he might be arrested anywhere or that he might only be detained until the PM event was done in a police station or guest house rather than being actually arrested.
Raju finally discovered a way to get to bhimavaram after exploring all of his possibilities. Raju purchased his ticket for the same train after learning that Union Tourism minister g kishan reddy would be taking it from hyderabad to Bhimavaram. He reasoned that it would be safer to travel to the event location by train with Kishan Reddy. Raju intended to board the train from Lingampalli whereas kishan reddy was scheduled to do so at Secunderabad. But as soon as he boarded the train, he learned that kishan reddy had changed his mind and would instead be flying the following morning to Vijayawada.
