The horrific murder of 28 innocent persons in pahalgam by terrorists has left the entire country in sadness. Other nations' presidents have also strongly denounced the occurrence. But according to reports, Mohammad Naushad, a resident of Bokaro, jharkhand, was thrilled over the deaths of defenseless tourists. He not only shared his happiness on social media, but he also endorsed the terrorists' deed.

Several social media users demanded punishment against Mohammad Naushad by tagging the jharkhand Police.  According to sources, Bokaro police located him and took him into custody on wednesday morning in response to the accusations.

Police say that 35-year-old Mohammad Naushad attended a bihar madrasa for his studies.  Dubai is home to one of his brothers. Naushad and his father reside in Bokaro.
 
He has reportedly previously made several controversial social media posts. Naushad has been active on Facebook, Instagram, and X using a SIM card he got from his brother in Dubai.
 
According to police, Naushad wrote several offensive things and thanked the terrorists for the pahalgam attack.

On X, he posted in Urdu: "Thank you Pakistan, thank you Lashkar-e-Taiba. May Allah always keep you happy."

He followed it with: "Ameen, Ameen. We would be even happier if the RSS, BJP, Bajrang Dal, and media are targeted." Naushad also included smiley emojis in the post.

Naushad is charged with making numerous other offensive and divisive posts. Bokaro SP Manoj Swargiyari established a Special Investigation Team (SIT) in conjunction with the police's technical section following complaints made against him. This team's leader was Inspector naveen Kumar Singh.
 
Naushad was eventually apprehended by the police on wednesday morning after the SIT looked for him all night.
