This indian family has once again been ranked first on the Times Magazine's Rich List 2025.

Gopichand Hinduja and his family are included at the top of the Times Rich List 2025. The assets of this family are about 33.67 lakh billion rupees. By a margin of 8,000 crore rupees, they have surpassed the second-place David and Simon Reuben family. The international corporation Hinduja Group, which works in the haulage, lubricant, banking, and cable television industries, is owned by this family.
 
About Gopichand Hinduja
Gopichand serves as the Hinduja Group's chairman. Following the passing of his older brother, Srichand Hinduja, in May 2023, he took on this role. The Raffles london Hotel, housed in the historic Old war Office building in Whitehall, is the most well-known property owned by the Hinduja family in London's real estate market.

Gopichand Hinduja graduated from Mumbai's jai Hind college in 1959.  He then graduated from Westminster university with a degree in law. Gopichand didn't stop there; he went on to earn a doctorate in economics from Richmond college in london before beginning his own company. Under his direction, the Hinduja Group bought gulf oil in 1984 and ashok Leyland three years later.

Currently, Gopichand lives in london, his younger brother ashok stays in mumbai to manage indian businesses, and his younger brother Prakash lives in Monaco.
 
When a property dispute broke out between the Hinduja brothers, the family had to go through a difficult time. After a protracted argument, the Hinduja brothers ultimately agreed to settle the matter in november 2022. The brothers decided it was time to cooperate and agreed to stop the litigation that was going on all over Europe.
