I believe that RCB and the state government should take responsibility for this accident and the families of the deceased should get justice. If necessary, they should be sued for up to Rs 100 crore. bcci should also take responsibility for the accident without washing its hands off the matter."

The team said, "The entire RCB family is deeply saddened by the unfortunate incident that took place during our felicitation ceremony in Bengaluru. We stand in full solidarity with the affected families in this difficult time. We will provide financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the families of each deceased. Along with this, we have also started a special fund called 'RCB Cares' to help the injured fans. Our fans are our real strength and we are with them with full sympathy in their pain."
