During this time, the aircraft remained at 12,000 feet for about 30 minutes, and for a safe landing, additional fuel was dropped in the air itself so that the weight could be reduced. A total of about one hour and 45 minutes later, the plane landed safely on the runway of Heathrow. All passengers and crew were safely evacuated.
