On the occasion of Shiv Sena's 59th foundation day, deputy cm Eknath Shinde fiercely targeted uddhav thackeray and his party. He said that our shiv sena is real and we have the blessings of the public. Eknath Shinde even called uddhav thackeray a sold out without taking his name.
Eknath Shinde said, "It is the 59th foundation day of our Shiv Sena. Today, a meeting is going on somewhere else. But this meeting is of (our) Balasaheb's ideas and the other meeting is of people who are forced and sold out for power. The real shiv sena is ours. We have the symbol of bow and arrow and also the blessings of the public. In 59 years, shiv sena has faced many challenges."
Hit back at uddhav Thackeray
Retaliating to uddhav Thackeray's 'come and kill me' statement, Eknath Shinde said, "It means we will kill and then return. Wearing the skin of a tiger does not make one a tiger. The strength should be in the wrist. Don't just blow off steam. Don't get into our trap. We overturned your carriage and the horses ran away. We are the true Shiv Sainiks of bala Saheb."
'The public gave the answer'
deputy cm Shinde said, 'Today shiv sena with the ideas of bala Saheb is spreading in the country. Officials from 7 states have met me and leaders from other states also want to join Shiv Sena. What happened in the 3 assembly elections. We contested 282 seats and won 63 seats. In 2019, we contested 124 seats and won 54. In 2024, we contested 80 seats and won 60. Ubatha (Uddhav Thackeray) contested 90 seats and won only 20. He did not even get 1/3 of our party's votes. The people of maharashtra gave him an answer. The seats he won were also due to the grace of Congress. Because the real Shiv Sainiks said tata-bye-bye to Ubatha. The public made his condition worse.'
