Mr. stalin highlighted the crucial role played by women in nation-building and said that educating a woman uplifts not just an individual, but an entire family and future generations. He stressed that education gives women the confidence to question injustice, make informed decisions, and contribute meaningfully to society.
The chief minister also spoke about the tamil Nadu government’s initiatives aimed at promoting girls’ education, including scholarship schemes, free education programs, and financial assistance to ensure that no girl is forced to discontinue her studies due to economic constraints. He reiterated the government’s commitment to creating equal opportunities for women in education, employment, and leadership.
Recalling the legacy of social reformers and leaders who fought for women’s rights, Mr. stalin said tamil Nadu has always been at the forefront of social justice and women’s empowerment.
