Bhandara district Sessions court has ordered to pay alimony to a girl who was raped 13 years ago. In the order given, the girl concerned is ordered to pay alimony of Rs 5,000 from birth to marriage. For this, the court has imposed a burden of Rs 8 lakh on the real estate of the accused. As the main accused in the case has died, the family members of the accused have been ordered to pay alimony. The court has ordered to recover the amount by auctioning the property of the accused if the alimony is not paid.
