Method:

Soak and Grind:

Fermentation:

Prepare the Paniyaram:
Heat a paniyaram pan (a special cast-iron or non-stick pan with small cavities) and grease lightly with oil or ghee. Pour a spoonful of batter into each cavity.

Cook the Paniyaram:
