· 4 slices of whole wheat bread

· 100g paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled or grated

· 1 small onion, finely chopped

· 1 small tomato, finely chopped

· ½ capsicum, finely chopped

· 1 tsp chaat masala

· ½ tsp black pepper powder

· salt to taste

· 1-2 tsp green chutney (optional)

· 1 tsp olive oil or butter for grilling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Paneer Filling

o In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer with chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, salt, black pepper, and chaat masala.

o Add green chutney if you like a tangy, spicy flavor.

2. Assemble the Sandwich

o Spread the paneer mixture evenly on one slice of bread.

o Cover with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.

3. Grill the Sandwich

o Heat a non-stick pan or sandwich maker.

o Brush lightly with olive oil or butter and grill until golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve Hot

o Cut diagonally and serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
