According to a press release issued by the tamil Nadu pollution Control Board, disposable plastic items such as plastic cups, plastic bags of all sizes and thicknesses, plastic-coated paper trays, plastic tumblers, thermo col cups, water bags/pockets, plastic suction tubes, plastic flags The manufacture, storage, distribution and use of such items are prohibited in tamil Nadu.

The tamil Nadu pollution Control Board is taking various steps to implement the ban.


However, it is difficult to identify such banned plastic manufacturers operating illegally in a small space within residential businesses.


Most of them in this production is operating temporarily without proper registration and permission from any government departments.
