Potatoes - 3
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
Oregano - ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Mixed herb masala – ½ tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Salt as needed
Recipe:
Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients with olive oil in a bowl. Place this mixture on a baking tray and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 - 55 minutes. Bake until golden brown. Then serve with the sauce.
