Happy Birthday appears to be a comedy, however the way it is marketed as a "Surreal Comedy" completely alters the situation. The filmmakers appear to be very clear about what they want the film to be, which has helped it get some traction. Lavanya Tripathi, who is hailed as the "star" of Happy Birthday, stands to benefit greatly from its success. But the people who stand to gain the most are ritesh rana and the comedic gang. In the specialised market, the director in particular might establish a modest reputation for himself.

Politician vennela kishore succeeds in passing the Gun Bill. The gun amendment is being celebrated around the country. Similar to candy, practically everyone carries a gun. The third chapter introduces Max Pain after the Happy and Lucky episodes (comedian Satya). If the correct assumptions are established, the comedy in Happy Birthday's first half works in bits.

The problem arises in the second half with more characters being introduced again. The second half completely turns sluggish and into a complete mess. Especially, Lavanya's Jail episodes will test one's patience and the climax is absolute cringeworthy over-the-top action sequence. The second part of Happy Birthday isn't any better than the first, which was merely adequate. The most of the story is disorganised and patience-testing, while there are sporadic enjoyable moments. Only the BGM of kaala bhairava is reliable.

The movie "Happy Birthday" is out of the ordinary. In the first half, the director uses clever and sardonic humour, which is entertaining. But as time goes on, the eccentricity increases to intolerable levels. Overall, a fruitless endeavour!
