"Oke Oka Jeevitham" offers something different at a time when moviemakers are churning out movies with formulaic plotlines. In telugu cinema, the time travel subgenre is less frequently explored. It's interesting to note that the time-travel idea has been given a fresh spin by new director Shree Karthick, who has added a mother-son sentiment drama to it. As a result, the movie stands out from the crowd. Beginning with the hero's friendship with two people and his relationship with his father, the movie then follows the hero's romance with a woman.

There isn't much intrigue in the opening sections. We start to become restless. But once the time-travel device shows up, the movie takes off to a whole other level. Once the three buddies return to 1998, the narrative gathers interest and chuckles. There are humorous moments when vennela kishore interacts with the young version of himself. The interval bang introduces a fresh turn. The story's twist increases uniqueness.

Although the later portion of the movie contains some compelling scenes and a potent emotional core, the flow is not consistently strong. Another standout scene in the penultimate section is the exchange between sharwanand and amala Akkineni. The character arcs for the three pals are realistic. The three children's troubles in the present day have less of an impact, which is a drawback. The movie's pacing is inconsistent.
