Regarding the SSMB28, there have been numerous allegations that Mahesh is pressuring trivikram to finish the script. The most anticipated film in indian cinema, pushpa 2, too had the same issue with sukumar being forced to work on the script before the movie was actually shot. 

The Star Heros are prepared to believe in only one filmmaker, and that director is none other than Rajamouli. We are all aware of how Rajamouli's bahubali franchise and rrr altered the scope of the telugu film industry. At this point, every Star hero wants to work with rajamouli and is willing to follow his direction without questioning the plot.

The Pan-Indian element is what influences Star Heros' decision-making because they want to deliver each of their films in a significant way at the indian box office. They are now willing to wait even two years for a movie, but they only want the best possible content, which is really difficult for the directors. We'll have to wait and see how successful their approach to the directors is.
