It's a publicity gimmick for his upcoming lesbian movie, Dangerous. RGV is being criticised online for being offensive and profane. He is receiving criticism on social media for lowering himself so far to promote his film. 

According to another group of people, shiva (Hindi) was released on december 7th, 1990. The direction of indian cinema was altered by this movie, which rose to cult status.
