Twist in the criminal case investigation against Dhanush..!?

The madurai High court judge has ordered the transfer of the case seeking criminal action against actor dhanush to another session. madurai, Kathiresan-Meenakshi, a couple from the Melur area near madurai filed a case in the Melur court claiming that the famous actor dhanush was born to them. The madurai High court branch quashed the case which caused a stir in the film industry in 2017.
Following this, the documents including the birth certificate filed by the court on behalf of actor dhanush are fake. Because of this, the judges dismissed Katiresan's case in the madurai Magistrate's court demanding that criminal action be taken against him. Following this, Kathiresan filed a criminal review petition in the madurai High court branch against the order of the Magistrate Court. The hearing on the revision petition came up for hearing again yesterday in the session of Judge Ilangovan.During the trial, actor dhanush appeared before the madurai High court in the case dismissed in 2017. At that time, the government doctors examined the marks on his body including moles and scars, and gave evidence. He worked as a registrar in the same court during the trial of that case. Therefore, it would not be proper for him to entertain this revision petition. Because of this, Judge Ilangovan ordered that he would recommend the transfer of this case to another session.
