Veera simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya were two of Mythri movie Makers' significant Sankranthi releases. Both films took full advantage of the Sankranthi holiday and enjoyed a successful run at the box office. A spectacular 100-day celebration ceremony for Veera simha Reddy was scheduled to take place on april 24. Mythri was forced to cancel the event because they were behind the five days that the IT raids lasted. The aforementioned reason prevented Nandamuri fans from lavishly celebrating Balakrishna's Veera simha Reddy's 100-day milestone as they had hoped. They share the same disappointment. Mega fans would have hoped to host their own event for the Waltair Veerayya 100 days event had Veera simha Reddy occurred.

However, little is now left for the two admirers. Another issue is that Veera simha Reddy's posters poked fun at Waltair Veerayya, which starred chiranjeevi and ravi Teja, by saying "single handed blockbuster" on them. If the events had occurred with the single handed narrative, this would have been exaggerated. However, this was omitted.
