Director Srinu Vaitla's career is at cross roads with two back to back failures — Aagadu and Bruce Lee. Many even predict that his chapter is almost finished in Tollywood. At this time, out of no where, new trouble arrived for Vaitla after his wife, Roopa filed a woman harassment case on her husband in Banjara Hills Police Station. This personal issue of Vaitla shocked everyone.
While the reason behind the case is not revealed, we are bringing up a talk in the Filmnagar regarding this. Vaitla and Roopa married a decade ago and it is a love marriage. The couple have three daughters but Vaitla reportedly wanted a male child. He is reportedly pressing up for a male child and it is taking a heavy toll on Roopa mentally. Hence all this issues sprang up.
Roopa filed the case on 15th and sent her lawyer for withdrawing it on 16th. She reportedly told the police that they arrived at a compromise. However Police clarified that they can not do anything at this stage as the FIR is registered and they will have to go to courts to settle the issue. This issue when in courts will further dent Vaitla's image and disturb his career as well.
Srinu Vaitla got Roopa trained and made her a costumes designer. She is famous for her costume designing for heroines Samantha in Dookudu and Kajal in Baadshah. She usually works for all Srinu Vaitla films. She used to be personal designer of Samantha but was replaced a couple of years ago.
