• Adah Sharma is a Tamil Brahmin by nature. Her father SL Sharma is from Madurai and her mother is from Palakkad, Kerala.
• However She was brought up in Mumbai. She did her schooling at Auxilium Convent High School in Pali Hill, Bandra, Mumbai.
• She fixed her goal of becoming an Actress when she was studying Class X. She decided to walk out of Std.X and due to parents compulsion she completed till Std.XII. Then she walked out.
• She is a gymnast and she is dancing since age of 3 years.
• She is a professional Salsa dancer and she learned the art of Salsa in USA for 4 months. She is also good in 'Belly Dancing'.
• When she initially tried to enter Film industry, she was rejected a lot due to her Curly hair and most of them thought she was too young.
• Her Last release 'Kshanam' got more praises and accolades from all sides.
