King Nagarjuna is always hailed as the only star in Tollywood who is known for his experimental films. People cannot forget his romantic films like Soggade Chinni Nayana, family entertainers like Manam, message oriented and patriotic films like Gaganam, Rajanna and devotional films like Sri Ramadasu,Annamayya and Shirdi Sai.
Now he is starring in devotional film Om Namo Venkatesaya under the direction of Raghavendra Rao. The film is a biopic on great devotee Hathiram baba.Earlier news came that Hathiram Baba mutt in Tirumala objected to the filmmakers for not taking permission from them and warned of legal consequences if they twist the facts.
The film's regular shoot started and Nagarjuna shared the snap of the picture. He tweeted "With the blessings of Lord Venkateswara started the shoot for#OmNamoVenkatesaya this morning/loving the experience!!"
Keeravani is the music director for the film which stars Pawani Gangireddy,Pragya Jaiswal,Anushka, Vimala Ramana, Saurabh Jain in important roles.
